How do your sizes run?
All items run true to size unless otherwise stated in the item description. The size the model is wearing are indicated in the description. If you have any specific questions about measurements or what size you should order, please email us and we are more than happy to help!
What if the size I need is out of stock?
If you don't see your size available, please email us and if the size becomes available, we will notify you. Many of our items will be rereleased seasonally in new prints or fabrications. If you love a style, keep checking back and you might see it again or join or email list to be notified when we have new items in stock.
What if I need to cancel  my order?
If for any reason you need to cancel, email us and we will assist you. If an item has already shipped, you will need to return the item for a refund. We cannot cancel pre-order items. Once you receive your item, you can return it to us for a refund.
PRE-ORDER
How does the Pre-Order process work?
You will notice that many of our items are listed as Pre-Order. The timeline for your pre-order will be listed in the item description. You will be charged for your item once it is shipped. We do leave the option to add express shipping to pre-orders but please note it will be shipped express on the noted ship date. 
Will Pre-Order Items eventually be available for immediate purchase?
Yes, product will be available for immediate purchase once inventory is in. Please keep in mind that we produce small quantities so styles and sizes can sell out during the pre-order window. The best way to ensure you get a piece you want is to pre-order! As a small business, it can really help us.
