Holiday FAQ

Happy Holidays from Elliette! We are thrilled to be included in your gifting this year. Whether you're buying for someone else or giving yourself a gift, see below any and all holiday shopping info! As always, feel free to email us with additional questions!
Holiday Shipping
Standard Free Shipping: Orders must be placed by 4pm on 12/17 - choose standard shipping at checkout and you will receive your order on or before 12/24
Express Shipping: You can wait until 4pm on 12/20 to order in time for 12/24 but you must choose Express Shipping at checkout. We also recommend leaving a note with your order that you need your order before Christmas.
New Years Shipping
Our office and shipping center will be closed 12/24 - 12/26. We will be offering special express shipping for a lower flat rate for last minute New Years Eve orders. You can order by 4pm on 12/27 and receive your order by 12/29. Of course, we recommend ordering in advance to ensure you will receive your party dress!
Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed before 12/20 are eligible for the our extended return policy. Please leave a note at checkout that your order is a gift and the return policy will be extended to 1/15. You must include the note at checkout - if there is no note the regular return policy applies.
Gift Notes and Wrapping
We are more than happy to gift wrap and include a note with our order on orders placed before 12/17. Please email us contact@elliette.us with your order number and we will assist you!
Gift Cards
